A real estate agency was running Facebook Lead Ads and driving traffic to a landing page, generating 30–50 new leads every day. However, all follow-up was done manually via WhatsApp — agents would check the leads spreadsheet and message prospects hours after they signed up.

In real estate, speed to contact is everything. Most leads in a competitive market contact 3–5 agencies simultaneously, and the first to respond gets the appointment. By the time this agency's agents messaged leads, competitors had already locked in meetings.

I built an automated WhatsApp outreach system triggered in real-time upon every lead capture. Using Facebook Lead Ads' native webhook integration with Make.com, every new lead entry fires an instant sequence.

The 5-step sequence over 72 hours was designed with the agency's sales team — each message written specifically for their audience, tone, and offer type. Make.com's scheduler handles the timing of follow-up messages, and a reply-detection webhook pauses the sequence the moment a lead responds.
