The Solution
I built an automated WhatsApp outreach system triggered in real-time upon every lead capture. Using Facebook Lead Ads' native webhook integration with Make.com, every new lead entry fires an instant sequence.
The 5-step sequence over 72 hours was designed with the agency's sales team — each message written specifically for their audience, tone, and offer type. Make.com's scheduler handles the timing of follow-up messages, and a reply-detection webhook pauses the sequence the moment a lead responds.

The 5-Step Sequence
- Message 1 (30 seconds): Personalised intro using lead's first name + property type they selected on the form + booking link
- Message 2 (2 hours, if no reply): Social proof message with recent client success story in the same area

- Message 4 (48 hours, if no reply): Urgency message about limited availability in their target area
